For Fairtrade International, we designed & developed a secure multilingual consultation platform that enables stakeholders around the world to participate in Fairtrade Internationals global public consultations. Built to support a global audience of producers, businesses, partners, organisations and staff the platform delivers a seamless, accessible experience while managing complex user journeys and permissions.

At the heart of the platform is a secure user area, allowing participants to register and access consultation content tailored to their geographic location. Intelligent routing connections users directly to the relevant survey pages, language documents and lnks, ensuring each stakeholder is presented with the appropriate content while maintaining a simple, intuitive experience.

Designed for scalability, the platform combines multilingual content management, secure authentication and dynamic survey integration within a modern, responsive interface. Added to this is an integrated correspondence mailing platform, to communicate key messaging.

The result is a robust digital solution that supports Fairtrade's global consultation process, encouraging meaningful participation from stakeholders across multiple regions and languages while simplifying the management of large-scale international consultations.
